StarTimes Research and Technology Headquarters stand out for her harmoniously design masterplan, facilitating the co-existing of modern and traditional in one space.
The Campus comprises of four office buildings, one dormitory block and one traditional Chinese courtyard guest house. Buildings are connected by an extensive corridor of skybridges that open up views to various gardens, symbolising the research nexus of the development. The design creatively leverages the various differentiation in scale, texture, and building typologies to reflect StarTimes’ corporate culture in a simple moden way within a highly efficient and conducive environment for its varied functional needs.
