Your responsibilities include:

Drafting & BIM

  • Assist in preparing C&S drawings using Revit/AutoCAD based on established templates and workflows.
  • Assist with BIM documentation and model updates throughout the project lifecycle, following established standards and supervised workflows.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the technical aspects of projects including construction documentation and
    administration.

Key Responsibilities:

The Construction Manager will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and successful execution of the construction phase of multiple projects.   • Develop and standardize key detail libraries and templates.

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to team members, promoting

    deliverables.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  •  A bachelor’s degree in architecture.
  • 15+ years of total experience.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in similar role.
  • Extensive experience in project management within the architecture and design industry, managing large-scale projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other similar tools
    is essential.
  • Ability to create innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet
    client needs.
  • Excellent understanding with architectural drafting and documentation standards.
  • Strong knowledge of GCC building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the weekly global opportunity pre-screening process, including preparing agendas, updating registers, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce. 
  • Support vendor registration processes by ensuring all required documentation is current and compliant. 
  • Maintain and update business development data, including master service agreements and project experience databases.
  • Assist in due diligence checks for clients and partners using online tools. 
  • Provide administrative and coordination support in preparing responses to EOIs, RFIs, PQQs, and RFQs.
  • Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, and marketing teams to gather necessary inputs for bid submissions. 
  • Maintain bid schedules, trackers, and deadlines to ensure timely submissions. 
  • Format and edit proposal documents to ensure consistency with brand and technical accuracy.
  • Follow up on proposals, contracts, and business opportunities, logging updates and monitoring communications. 
  • Track business development expenses and assist with budget monitoring.

  • Assist in managing contracts, MSAs, and NDAs. 
  • Provide administrative support to senior BD staff, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense processing.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business Administration, Project Management, or
    related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in bid coordination, business development, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a pleasing personality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software (Salesforce preferred), Adobe
    InDesign, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
