The Project


Toll City consists of 6 storeys of warehouse space accessible by 48-foot trailers, with each floor and roof catering over 400 trailer parking lots. The upper storeys cater to Toll’s corporate office with a canteen and gym overlooking lush greenery, creating a sanctuary within this industrial zone.

Energy efficient building design

The Challenge


Designed to accommodate the latest advanced technologies in logistics, environmentally sustainable features are incorporated into the building design, resulting in energy efficiency and increased productivity for its users. The orientation of the building maximises the north–south axis of the site, shielding Toll's office from the western sun.
