The Project


South of Kiev, Ukraine’s capital, the master plan proposes a sustainable strategy for this new satellite city. A good mix of live, work, play facilities are proposed, anchored with an education and entertainment hub. The area has seven residential zones, with the business and technology areas linked up to educational facilities.

The Challenge


Leveraging on the rich natural terrain, a green spine is planned to run throughout the site, linking up the diverse range of parkland. Residents and visitors can also enjoy extensive pedestrian and cycling routes. Sustainable living is extended further with onsite green energy biogas production and an electric bus network.
